Pritts Inc. has been in business
since 1980. During this time we
found that too many contractors on
the3 same job can end up being more
of a hindrance than an advantage to
the end client. As a General
Contractor we have alleviated this
problem by offering our clients “One
Source Responsibility”. What this
means to our clients is that we can
handle all of their projects from
the roof deck up to include roofing,
waterproofing and concrete
restoration. This gives the client
the comfort of knowing there will be
no finger pointing when a problem
occurs on our roofing projects.

Our Family
The Pritts Inc. Family
The Florida roofing industry is very
volatile. Due to the fact that we
are in the hurricane zone, roofing
companies pop out of the woodwork
when we get a serious storm. We even
get companies from out of state
(Storm Chasers) that come down just
for the storm, do their work and are
never seen again.
Pritts Inc. is a family operated
business. When I say this I don’t
just mean immediate family. Many of
our employees have been with Pritts
Inc. since its inception. Every
family member has pride in his or
her responsibilities and is quick to
assist their teammates. All of our
family members are here to assist
our clients in any manner to resolve
any obstacle quickly and
efficiently. We are “problem
solvers” not problem makers.

Vice President
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 32
Years
William Earl was born in
Pennsylvania and
attended high school in
New Jersey and graduated
from Bullis Prep School
in Silver Spring
Maryland in 1962.
William Earl had an
NROTC-Naval Reserve
Officer Training Core
Academic Scholarship at
University of Nebraska
and had a Football
Scholarship to play for
Coach Bob DeVaney and
Coach Osborne and
graduated in January
1967.
William in 1967 worked
for Packard Electric
Division of General
Motors at Warren Ohio
where he implemented in
excess of 25
instrumental changes
which provided improved
production facilities
for General Motors. He
participated in the
foundation of Fiber
Optics at Packard
Electric.
William was in the
active Army and was a
test Pilot and a Combat
Pilot in Vietnam. In
1970 he became a
Civilian Instructor
Pilot.
William in 1971 earned
his license as a Stock
Broker for Merrill Lynch
and practiced in South
Miami.
In 1975 William Earl
took and passed the
Florida State Licensing
Board Exam for The State
Certified Roofing
License and later The
State Florida Certified
License for Asbestos
Abatement and then the
Unlimited General
Contracting License.
William and Dana F.
Pritts started Pritts
Incorporated as an
active Roofing Company
in 1980 and since then
placed into business
five separate and
distinct active and
profitable Roofing
Companies that are
practicing at the
present time in the
State of Florida.

Michael Pritts
Vice President
I was born and raised in
South Florida. As the
son of the owner and
President of Pritts Inc,
Dana F. Pritts, I have
been around the roofing
industry for over 20
years. Starting
literally at the bottom
from a young boy passing
out advertisements and
flyers around
neighborhoods in
Hollywood on a bicycle
to earning the title as
Vice President has been
a life long
accomplishment.
I pride myself on being
personally involved on
every project we
contract with and
providing outstanding
services and top notch
roofing practices. This
determination sets
Pritts Inc way ahead in
the commercial roofing
business. I invite you

needs.

His experience includes
22 years in the
following fields:

12 years as property
manager of luxury
high-rise buildings
that included
overseeing
administrative,
service, contract
negotiations and
project management
of construction
projects.

11 years as sales
associate for Pritts
Inc. Duties which
include sales,
take-offs for
projects,
submittals,
permitting, project
management and
collections. He is
active in the
pursuit of new and
innovative products
to add to the Pritts
Inc. line.

Holds a current CAM
license as well as a
Real Estate Sales
License.

Bob Ouellet |
Bob Ouellet joined
Pritts Inc. in April
1998
Bob was offered to join
the Pritts Roofing team
after 18 years of
condominium property
management and Vice
President of a large
Property Management
firm. Overseeing
administration and
specializing most of his
effort in preventative
maintenance in luxury
high-rise from Coconut
Grove to North Miami
Beach to Aventura and
Palm-Aire.
Approximately 10 years,
Bob is still one of our
great Sales Technician
with over $100,000.00 of
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
PROGRAM from 5 to 10
years renewable
contracts with
Condominium Association
and Commercial
Buildings.
Holds a current Real
Estate license, Public
Notary, Condominium
Association Management
license (CAM) and an
active member with
Community Association
Management
Professionals, Inc.
(CAMP)
